Situation & Response

In September 2020, Hurricane Isaias severely damaged the Surf Condos on Topsail Island. This 160 unit property suffered from blown off roofs, water damage and a fire that affected 6 units. Within 5 hours, Velocity was on the scene to begin assessing and mitigating damages. Start to finish, Velocity was able to restore this property within 7 months.
